Inspired by this vision, Cloudfactory developed the concept of ‘the interview’ and teamed up with several partners to bring it to life.

The interview

‘The Interview’ evolved into an immersive interactive experience, challenging the conventions of traditional job interviews and uncovering an individual's fit within the Heineken universe. By blending a well-crafted cinematic story with engaging interface elements, participants are guided through a fast-paced journey. This journey leads them to a personalized profile that mirrors their identity and serves as an enjoyable icebreaker for their potential journey with Heineken.

Choices

The video story was mixed with engaging GIFs that provided interactive moments for answering questions in a matter of seconds. Failing to respond promptly would also impact the final outcome.

The result

Each response or lack thereof would contribute to a personalized outcome. This would be a blend of predefined personality types, with one type becoming the dominant one.
